I am sending out meet information today, as I am leaving for vacation very soon. I will not be back in town until Sunday night. In my absence, please contact the following people with questions and/or concerns:

The registration deadline for the Meet vs Baraboo on WEDNESDAY NIGHT (6/30/21) is this FRIDAY (6/25/21) at 11:30 pm. We are asking that you login to declare whether or not you're going to the meet if you have not done so already.

The process is simple. Login into your account and go to "Information" and scroll down to "Meet sign up instructions" to sign up for the meet.

Saturday we have another AWAY swim meet at Mazomanie! All of our pool addresses and maps are on our website under "Resources", "Pool locations". The address for the Mazomanie pool is

**IMPORTANT: HWY 14 WILL be CLOSED from County Rd KP to Walter Rd. in Mazo. Please use the following route: HWY 78 (coming from Sauk), turn right onto W. Hudson Street into town. Take a right on Park street, the pool is at the end of the road on the left. 318 Park St., Mazomanie

Swim meet 101

• Please arrive between 6:45-7 am. Our warm ups start at 7:30 and we will be splitting the team into 2 smaller groups for 10 minutes each. 13 and up will warm up from 7:30-7:40 and 12 and under will warm up from 7:40-7:50. The meet will start at 8 am.
• If you want to see what your swimmer is swimming in the meet, go to the "Meets and Events" tab on our website and click on the gray meet entry box (that is marked closed). You will be able to see your swimmer(s) and what they are scheduled to swim tomorrow with the event number.
• The weather is not looking great at this time for the meet on Saturday. We will try to get the meet in if it is possible. If Mazomanie decides to call the meet, you will be notified via email, so please check your email Saturday morning. 
• The theme for the meet is Hawaiian! Come dressed in your favorite Hawaiian clothing to show your team spirit during the meet! (swimsuit underneath of course!)
• The 8 and under free relays will be swam in their normal event order, at the end of the meet. 
• Heat sheets will be for sale at the concession stand as well as other concession items. The concession stand is CASH ONLY.
• Spectators will be allowed to sit in the bleacher area, but are NOT allowed on deck. We are asking spectators to spread out and only use the bleachers while their child is swimming, so others can do the same.
• Once your child is done swimming all the events they are signed up for, you may leave. If you are not sure, please ask a coach to be sure they are done swimming before you leave.

Please continue to be positive teammates and spectators! Our swimmers are working hard and improving every day! It's so fun to see their progress!
