Greetings Pool Shark families,

Congratulations on a GREAT first meet! It was awesome to be back in action! A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered to help make our meet run smoothly and effectively. Without you, meets would not be possible!

Individual and team results are posted on our website under "Meets and Events." Click on "Meet results." They will be posted here after each meet. If your swimmer finished in the top 3 of their individual event, or their relay got 1st place, they earned a ribbon at the meet! Ribbons are in your family folder in the Pool Shark Mailboxes at the outdoor pool. The mailbox will be placed on the bench by the concession stand during practices. If it is not there, you can ask a coach to for it. Parents or swimmers may access their mailboxes at anytime.

The registration deadline for the Meet vs Wisconsin Dells (6/18/22) is TONIGHT (6/13/22) at 11:30 pm. We are asking that you login to declare whether or not you're going to the meet if you have not done so already.

The process is simple. Login into your account and go to "Information" and scroll down to "Meet sign up instructions" to sign up for the meet. If you have a swimmer in the meet, make sure to sign up for a volunteer job to fulfill our volunteer requirements. We still have many positions open that need to be filled! 

**Timer Disclosure** - If we do not have enough timers to cover 2 shifts and/or enough volunteers to cover our other jobs, timers may be asked to time the entire meet. (The next 2 meets will be MUCH shorter due to the size of teams that we are swimming)

TEAM PICTURES ARE THIS WEDNESDAY June 15th! - We will NOT have our 5:30pm practice that day due to pictures! Ziegler Photography will be at the pool from 5-6:45pm to take individual/sibling and age-group pictures. Picture forms are in your family folder in the Pool Shark mailbox at the outdoor pool and are attached to this email if you would prefer to print your own. Please have payment ready and form filled out when you arrive. The picture schedule is listed below. Please be plan to have your swimmer's picture taken at their scheduled time and be patient with our coaches and photographer. Age-group pictures will be taken as soon as that age-group finishes individual pictures. Sibling photos can be taken with the youngest sibling.

5-5:20 - 8 and unders 

5:20-5:40 - 9-10's 

5:40-6:00 - 11-12's 

6:00-6:15 - 13-14's 

6:15-6:30 - 15-18's

T-shirts, Caps, Bag-Tags and apparel - Our free team T-shirts are in as well as caps, bag-tags and a few apparel orders still. Many of you picked them up at the meet on Saturday. I am not available to be at all practices, but I will be at the beginning of the 5:30pm practice tonight if you would like to grab them, and Meghan Leaf will be available to hand them out during pictures on Wednesday. Otherwise, I will have them at the meet on Saturday as well.
