Boundaries at practice
Hello again Pool Shark families,
I apologize for sending another email, but we are still having issues with parents not being in the correct spaces to observe at the outdoor practice.
We would like to remind all parents that you are free to drop your swimmers off and leave during practice, or stay and watch. If you are going to stay and watch, we respectfully ask that you sit in the mezzanine at the indoor pool, or watch from outside the fence, or in the bleacher area at the outdoor pool. It is NOT acceptable to sit in the lifeguard office or on deck unless a coach has specifically requested your presence on deck. Your swimmer will be able to focus and pay attention to their coaches more when you are observing from a distance. This also helps our coaches be able to better direct and give feedback to your swimmers.
If you need to work on a computer, or access wifi, you can sit next to Grand Ave Elementary school and hop on the school district guest wifi. If you would like to sit in the shade, you are welcome to bring blankets and chairs and sit under the trees behind the bleachers. If you need to talk to a coach, please do so before or after our scheduled practice time.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Julie Goodman and the Sauk Prairie Pool Shark Board
