Meet deadline TONIGHT 7/4/22
Happy 4th of July!
This is a friendly reminder there will be NO PRACTICE at 6:45 am and NO High Performance tomorrow 7/5/22. We will have practice at 5:30pm and resume our normal practice schedule for the rest of the week.
The registration deadline for the Meet AT Sun Prairie (7/9/22) is TONIGHT (7/4/22) at 11:30 pm. Please declare your swimmer if they plan on swimming in the meet if you have not done so already.
The process is simple. Login into your account and go to "Information" and scroll down to "Meet sign up instructions" to sign up for the meet. This is an away meet, so we do not need volunteers for this meet.
Tri-County Conference Meet update -
The Tri-County Conference Championship meet is July 30th and 31st. This is a 2 day championship meet. Each team is only allowed 3 entries per event for this meet. Coaches will make decisions based on times and swimmer availability. If you are not sure if your swimmer would qualify for the conference meet, please reach out to their coach/coaches in the next few weeks to get their thoughts so you and your family can plan accordingly. We will need everyone who is interested in swimming at the conference meet to declare by July 18th so coaches can start putting line ups together.
I will be hosting a Zoom meeting on Sunday July 10th at 7pm to answer questions about the conference meet and to talk about our team hosting the conference meet in 2023! A link for the meeting will be sent out on Sunday. Please plan to attend to get your questions answered about conference!
The Tri-County Conference is offering Shout-Outs for the Conference programs this year! Please see the attachment below for more information. These are due TOMORROW, July 5th.
We are still looking for volunteers for the Tri-County Conference Swim meet! - Thank you to those of you who have already signed up! Every team is required to provide timers, clerk of course and officials to help run this championship meet! A volunteer sign up has been opened for the conference meet on our website.

2022 Tri-County Conference Championship
2022 Swim-a-thon -
**Swim-a-thon information and pledge forms have been placed in your family mailbox at the pool. If you need more than one form, there are extras in the back of the Pool Shark mailbox. This weekend is a great opportunity to ask friends and family to sponsor your swimmer for the Swim-a-thon!!
The Swim-a-thon will be Tuesday, July 12th - During regular practice times.
**PARENTS** - We need your help with this! Sign up on Swimtopia to be a counter at your child’s practice. A chair will be provided for you to sit at the end of the lane and paper and pencil will be provided to keep track of pool lengths.
Swim-a-thon has been added as an event in Swimtopia, so if your swimmer(s) will be participating, please mark them as attending the event so we have an idea of how many swimmers we will have that day.
