Hello Pool Shark families,

Tomorrow we will be swimming again Sun Prairie AT the Sun Prairie Family Aquatic Center! All of our pool addresses and maps are on our website under "Resources", "Pool locations". The address for the Sun Prairie Aquatic Center is

Swim meet 101

• Please arrive between 7 and 7:15 am. Our warm ups start at 7:30 and end at 7:50 am. The meet will start at 8 am.
• If you want to see what your swimmer is swimming in the meet, go to the "Meets and Events" tab on our website and click on the gray meet entry box (that is marked closed). You will be able to see your swimmer(s) and what they are scheduled to swim tomorrow with the event number. If you have not uploaded the free Swimtopia App, it is very helpful in signing your swimmer up for meets and seeing what they are swimming.
• The forecast looks gorgeous for tomorrow! Please come prepared with extra towels, blankets and warm clothes for the beginning of the meet, and pop-ups, sunscreen and water for when it warms up.
• Tomorrow's theme for the meet is Cowboys/Cowgirls! Come dressed in your best western attire to show your team spirit during the meet! (swimsuit underneath of course!)
• Heat sheets will be for sale at the concession stand as well as other concession items. The concession stand is CASH ONLY.
• Spectators will not be allowed on deck. Our team usually sets up in the grassy area right by the bathhouse/office. It is close to the concession area, but kind of far away from the pool area where our swimmers will be competing. Clerk of course is located above the pool area, by the diving well. There will be bleachers available for viewing as well closer to the lane lines. 
• Once your child is done swimming all the events they are signed up for, you may leave. If you are not sure, please ask a coach to be sure they are done swimming before you leave.

2022 Swim-a-thon -

**Swim-a-thon is coming up this Tuesday 7/12!

information and pledge forms have been placed in your family mailbox at the pool. If you need more than one form, there are extras in the back of the Pool Shark mailbox. This weekend is a great opportunity to ask friends and family to sponsor your swimmer for the Swim-a-thon!!

The Swim-a-thon will be Tuesday, July 12th - During regular practice times.

**PARENTS** - We need your help with this! Sign up on Swimtopia to be a counter at your child’s practice. A chair will be provided for you to sit at the end of the lane and paper and pencil will be provided to keep track of pool lengths.

Swim-a-thon has been added as an event in Swimtopia, so if your swimmer(s) will be participating, please mark them as attending the event so we have an idea of how many swimmers we will have that day. 

Tri-County Conference Meet Volunteers - 

We are still looking for volunteers for the Tri-County Conference Swim meet! - Thank you to those of you who have already signed up! Every team is required to provide timers, clerk of course and officials to help run this championship meet! A volunteer sign up has been opened for the conference meet on our website.
