Good afternoon,

There are some pop up showers/storms in the area, so I thought this would be a great opportunity to share our inclement weather policy with you.

Our new indoor pool is grounded, and safe for swimmers to use when thunder/lightning are in the area, therefore, we will NOT cancel due to either of those conditions. The only weather condition we would cancel for would be a tornado warning.

When we start having practice at the outdoor pool, we WOULD need to cancel practice there for thunder and lightning, but try to move the practice to the indoor pool if it is available.

If practice were to be canceled or moved, you would be notified through our Swimtopia email system as soon as possible.

Friendly reminders - 

• Swimmers are expected to come to practice with their own goggles. It is not our coach's or pool staff's responsibility to supply goggles for your swimmers. If goggles were left behind or misplaced, you can ask a staff member or coach to check the lost and found.
• NO PRACTICE TOMORROW due to Graduation. Congrats to all of our Senior Pool Sharks!
