Greetings Pool Shark families,

Congratulations on a GREAT first meet! It was awesome to be back in action! We were just edged out by Wisconsin Dells 328-311! That is a VERY close meet! We had lots of great races and a lot of things to continue to work on with our swimmers in the upcoming weeks.

Individual and team results are posted on our website under "Meets and Events." Click on "Meet results." They will be posted here after each meet. If your swimmer finished in the top 3 of their individual event, or their relay got 1st place, they earned a ribbon at the meet! Ribbons are in your family folder in the Pool Shark Mailboxes at the outdoor pool. The mailbox will be placed on the bench by the concession stand at the outdoor pool during the 5:30 practices. If it is not there, you can ask a coach for it. Parents or swimmers may access their mailboxes anytime the outdoor pool is open by asking a coach or pool staff member to access it for you.

The registration deadline for the Meet vs Mazomanie AT Mazomanie (6/17/23) is TOMORROW night (6/12/23) at 11:59 pm. We are asking that you login to declare whether or not you're going to the meet if you have not done so already.

The process is simple. Login into your account and go to "Information" and scroll down to "Meet sign up instructions" to sign up for the meet. Since this is an away meet, we do not need volunteers. 

TEAM PICTURES - 

TEAM PICTURES ARE THIS WEDNESDAY June 14th! - We will NOT have our 5:30pm practice that day due to pictures! Ziegler Photography will be at the pool from 5-6:45pm to take individual/sibling and age-group pictures. Picture forms will be printed and available for you to fill out at the pool that day and are attached to this email if you would prefer to print your own and fill it out in advance. Please have payment ready and form filled out when you get in line for the pay station. There will be a Pay station and a photo station. You MUST submit your form and payment at the Pay station before you can get in line for the photo station. This will help move things along as quickly as possible.

The picture schedule is listed below. Please be plan to have your swimmer's picture taken at their scheduled time and be patient with our coaches and photographer. Age-group pictures will be taken AFTER that age-group finishes individual pictures.  Please stick around and pay attention after your child takes their individual picture so they do not miss being in the age-group photo. Sibling photos can be taken with the youngest sibling.

5-5:30 - 8 and unders

5:30-6:00 - 9-10's

6:00-6:20 - 11-12's

6:20-6:35 - 13-14's

6:35-6:50 - 15-18's/Coaches

Practice reminder - This is a friendly reminder that we ask parents to stay off the deck during practices. If you are at the indoor pool, you can observe practice from the mezzanine and if you are at the outdoor pool, we ask you either sit in the bleachers, or outside the pool fence. The tables on the pool deck are not for parents to sit at during practice. Thanks for understanding!
