Good evening Pool Shark families,

Sorry for the multiple emails. This is a friendly reminder that team TEAM PICTURES ARE TOMORROW 6/14! - We will NOT have our 5:30pm practice tomorrow due to pictures! 

Please plan to have your swimmer wear their team suit if they have one. If they do not have a team suit, they can wear whatever swimsuit you want their picture in. 

Ziegler Photography will be at the pool from 5-6:45pm to take individual/sibling and age-group pictures. Picture forms will be printed and available for you to fill out at the pool tomorrow and are attached to this email if you would prefer to print your own and fill it out in advance. Please have payment ready and form filled out when you get in line for the pay station. There will be a pay station and a photo station. You MUST submit your form and payment at the pay station before you can get in line for the photo station. This will help move things along as quickly as possible.

The picture schedule is listed below. Please be plan to have your swimmer's picture taken at their scheduled time and be patient with our coaches and photographer. Age-group pictures will be taken AFTER that age-group finishes individual pictures. Please stick around and pay attention after your child takes their individual picture so they do not miss being in the age-group photo. Sibling photos can be taken with the youngest sibling.

5-5:30 - 8 and unders

5:30-6:00 - 9-10's

6:00-6:20 - 11-12's

6:20-6:35 - 13-14's

6:35-6:50 - 15-18's/Coaches

We do not have a picture re-take day. If your swimmer cannot make it and you would like an individual picture of them, you will have to reach out to Pam Ziegler and make arrangements on your own.

If we have inclement weather, the rain date is this Friday, June 16th at the same time.
