Meet info/Conference deadlines for July 9th
Hello Pool Shark families,
Tomorrow we will be traveling to Mt. Horeb for our meet vs the Mt. Horeb Gators! All of our pool addresses and maps are on our website under "Resources", "Pool locations". The address for the Mt. Horeb outdoor pool is

If this is your first swim meet, please see the "Swim Meet 101" section under the "Resources" tab on our website, or click the link below to know what to expect and how to prepare for away meets. Since this is an away meet, we do not need volunteers.
- Please arrive around 7am. Our warm ups start at 7:30 and end at 7:50 am. The meet will start at 8 am.
- If something happens between now and the start of the meet and your swimmer is not able to attend, please email our Head Coaches ASAP to let them know. [email protected]
- If you want to see what your swimmer is swimming in the meet, go to the "Meets and Events" tab on our website and click on the gray meet entry box (that is marked closed). You will be able to see your swimmer(s) and what they are scheduled to swim tomorrow with the event number. If you have not uploaded the free Swimtopia App, it is very helpful in signing your swimmer up for meets and seeing what they are swimming.
- The forecast looks gorgeous for tomorrow! Please come prepared with extra towels, blankets and warm clothes for the beginning of the meet, and pop-ups, sunscreen and water for when it warms up.
- Tomorrow's theme for the meet is NEON! Come dressed in your favorite neon or brightly colored attire to show your team spirit during the meet! (swimsuit underneath of course!)
- Heat sheets will be for sale at the concession stand as well as other concession items and their famous "Gator Mac and Cheese!" The concession stand is CASH ONLY and small bills are appreciated.
- Parking is limited, please feel free to pull in and unload your tents/gear in the circle of the parking lot then find street parking
- Visiting teams generally set up on the bleacher side of the pool
- This is the longest pool in our conference! Most of the outdoor pools in our conference are 25 meter pools. (our outdoor pool included) This pool is 35 meters long. Your swimmer's times will most likely be slower than you are used to seeing, but it is because they are swimming further. Times will be converted to 25 meter times when final results get posted to our website after the meet.
- Once your child is done swimming all the events they are signed up for, you may leave. If you are not sure, please ask a coach to be sure they are done swimming before you leave.
As always, please be positive supporters of our swimmers, encourage them to display good sportsmanship, be good teammates, and have fun!

IN ORDER TO DELIVER IN TIME FOR THE MEET – WE CAN’T ACCEPT ANY LATE ORDERS!
