Hello team,

Here are some quick friendly reminders for things going on this week ~

• Raffle Basket item donation and collection - Thank you to all who have signed up to donate and have turned in your items! We need all items to be turned in by this FRIDAY to start putting the baskets together. Totes are located at both pools. If you cannot find them, please ask a coach and they will get them for you. 

Our 11-12, 13-14 and 15-18 age group baskets could use a little more help! Please take a look at each sign up to see if you are able to donate. You do not need to have a swimmer in that age-group in order to donate to that basket. Thanks for considering!

• Food Drive - This week only!- Please bring in any non-perishable items you wish to donate to our local food pantry. The age-group with the most items donated will receive a special treat at our Awards Night and Pool Party! Totes labeled by age group will be at the outdoor and indoor pool during regular practice times. Please ask a coach if you need help locating them.

• Swim-a-thon donations - We are still collecting Swim-a-thon donations thru this week! Donations can be turned into the Swim-a-thon folder in our Pool Shark mailbox at the outdoor pool as soon as possible. The folder has been moved to the front of the bin. Please DO NOT put cash in the folder in the mailbox. If you can write a check for the total, that would be preferred, but if you need to hand in cash, please hand it to Kippie Talmage, Julie Wuerger, or myself. Checks can be made out to Sauk Prairie Pool Sharks. Donations should be placed in an envelope labeled with your swimmer's name and age group. Swim-a-thon awards will be announced at the end of the season Awards night and Pool Party on July 31st.

• Conference Volunteers - You have all done an AMAZING job at signing up for Conference Volunteer shifts! We have all but 10 spots filled! Thanks to all who have already signed up for shifts, and if you are still looking for a way to help, please log on and see what is still available.
