Hello Pool Shark families,

• Friendly reminder that all raffle basket items are due today! We will be collecting everything at the 5:30 practice tonight to be prepped for our raffle table at conference. If you are not able to get your items to the pool tonight, please let me know! 
• Swim-a-thon donations - Please turn all swim-a-thon donations into the folder labeled Swim-a-thon in the front of the Pool Shark mailbox at the outdoor pool!

Tomorrow we will be traveling to Cross Plains for our final dual meet of the season! All of our pool addresses and maps are on our website under "Resources", "Pool locations". The address for the Cross Plains outdoor pool is:

If this is your first swim meet, please see the "Swim Meet 101" section under the "Resources" tab on our website, or click the link below to know what to expect and how to prepare for away meets. Since this is an away meet, we do not need volunteers.

Swim meet 101

• Please arrive around 7am. Our warm ups start at 7:30 and end at 7:50 am. The meet will start at 8 am.
• If something happens between now and the start of the meet and your swimmer is not able to attend, please email our Head Coaches ASAP to let them know. [email protected]
• If you want to see what your swimmer is swimming in the meet, go to the "Meets and Events" tab on our website and click on the gray meet entry box (that is marked closed). You will be able to see your swimmer(s) and what they are scheduled to swim tomorrow with the event number. If you have not uploaded the free Swimtopia App, it is very helpful in signing your swimmer up for meets and seeing what they are swimming.
• The forecast looks gorgeous for tomorrow! Please come prepared with extra towels, blankets and warm clothes for the beginning of the meet, and pop-ups, sunscreen and water for when it warms up.
• Tomorrow's theme for the meet is Christmas in July! Come dressed in your favorite Christmas or holiday attire to show your team spirit during the meet! (swimsuit underneath of course!)
• Heat sheets will be for sale at the concession stand as well as other concession items. The concession stand is CASH ONLY.
• Visiting teams generally set up by the playground area. Please remind your swimmers to stay off the playground until they are finished swimming their events.
• This is a 25 meter pool, just like our outdoor pool, so times are comparable to what you will see on your heat sheets.
• Once your child is done swimming all the events they are signed up for, you may leave. If you are not sure, please ask a coach to be sure they are done swimming before you leave.

As always, please be positive supporters of our swimmers, encourage them to display good sportsmanship, be good teammates, and have fun!
