Good morning,

Today seems like a great day to share our inclement weather policy with you.

Our new indoor pool is grounded, and safe for swimmers to use when thunder/lightning are in the area, therefore, we will NOT cancel due to either of those conditions. The only weather condition we would cancel for would be a tornado warning.

We also work with the School District and Community Center to make the best decisions for cancellations. So if the School District and/or Community Center decides it is the best decision to cancel due to weather conditions, we would follow their recommendation. 

If practice were to be canceled, you would be notified through our Swimtopia email system as soon as possible. An email will only be sent out if we decide to cancel. If practice is still on, you will not see an email. We try our best to make weather based decisions at least an hour before the scheduled practice time. 

Also, if you feel it is not safe for you and your family to attend practice and/or travel, you can always make the decision to not attend practice based on your situation.
