Hello,

After talking with Spring Green, and watching numerous weather reports, we have decided to move forward with the meet tonight. 

There is a chance of some pop up storms this evening. Our league by-laws allow for us to delay the meet for up to 90 minutes for thunder/lightning. If this happens, please be prepared to take shelter in your cars until we are cleared to resume the meet. If this is the case, an email will be sent out with our estimated resume time.

Because of the potential for storms, we are advising against pop ups and tents due to high winds. If you decide to put your pop up up, please be sure to stake it down, and if the winds pick up, be prepared to take it down immediately. 

We are also going to try to start the meet early if possible. We are moving our warm up time to 4-4:20. Spring Green will take the pool from 4:20-4:40pm. We will be recognizing our senior swimmers at 4:45, then starting the meet shortly after. The timer meeting will be at 4:30 instead of 4:45. 

Due to the meet tonight, we are going to cancel the 6:45am practice tomorrow morning. We WILL be offering high performance and the 5:30pm practice tomorrow. 

Thanks for your patience. This is a tough one to call. We are hoping for the best, but will be prepared for the worst if we have to be. We will have lots of food at the concession stand, so plan to have dinner at the pool tonight!
