I apologize for the 2nd email today, but in preparing for the season to start, we realized there was a mistake in the template for our Spring Green meet sign up. We had to reset the template, and now it is correct. The bad news is it cleared all of the declarations for that meet.

If you had already declared your swimmer(s) for the Spring Green meet on 6/20, we need you to go back into Swimtopia and declare your swimmer(s) again. If you had not declared your swimmer(s) for this meet yet, we do not need you to do anything, but you are welcome to sign your swimmer(s) up now, or when the meet gets closer. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is the only meet you will need to do this for. The other meets were not affected.
