Greetings Pool Shark families,

Congratulations on our first win of the season! We edged out Mt. Horeb 348-297! That is a VERY close meet! Thank you to all our volunteers for running a smooth and efficient swim meet! Without you, our swim meets would not be possible!

Individual and team results are posted on our website under "Meets and Events." Click on "Meet results." They will be posted here after each meet. If your swimmer finished in the top 3 of their individual event, or their relay got 1st place, they earned a ribbon at the meet! Ribbons are in your family folder in the Pool Shark Mailboxes at the outdoor pool. The mailbox will be placed on the bench by the concession stand at the outdoor pool during the 5:30 practices. If it is not there, you can ask a coach for it. Parents or swimmers may access their mailboxes anytime the outdoor pool is open by asking a coach or pool staff member to access it for you.

Congratulations to our record breakers!

The registration deadline for the Meet @ Spring Green (6/20/26) is TOMORROW night (6/15/26) at 11:59 pm. We are asking that you login to declare whether or not you're going to the meet if you have not done so already.

The process is simple. Login into your account and go to "Information" and scroll down to "Meet sign up instructions" to sign up for the meet. Since this is an away meet, we do not need volunteers.

2nd apparel orders are DUE TONIGHT!! - We are offering a 2nd apparel order for those who missed the first order, or for those who would like to order additional items. This is apparel ONLY. If you need a team suit, you must go to Simply Swimming in Middleton to be fit for the suit and to purchase one. If you would like a team cap, they will be sold at our concession stand at our home meets.

The order deadline is TONIGHT, June 14th at 11:59pm. Estimated delivery is in 2-3 weeks. Please see the link below to order.

TEAM PICTURES ARE THIS WEDNESDAY June 17th @ the outdoor pool - We will NOT have our 5:30pm practice that day due to pictures! 

Ziegler Photography will be at the outdoor pool from 5-6:45pm to take individual/sibling and age-group pictures. Picture forms are located in the front of the Pool Shark mailbox in a red folder labeled "Picture forms", and will be printed and available for you to fill out at the pool that day. There are also some picture forms located at the indoor pool. You can ask Coach Riley for them after practice. Please have payment ready and form filled out when you get in line for the pay station. There will be a Pay station and a photo station. You MUST submit your form and payment at the Pay station before you can get in line for the photo station. This will help move things along as quickly as possible.

The picture schedule is listed below. Please be plan to have your swimmer's picture taken at their scheduled time and be patient with our coaches and photographer. Age-group pictures will be taken AFTER that age-group finishes individual pictures. Please stick around and pay attention after your child takes their individual picture so they do not miss being in the age-group photo. Sibling photos can be taken with the youngest sibling.

5-5:30 - 8 and unders

5:30-5:50 - 9-10's

5:50-6:20 - 11-12's

6:20-6:35 - 13-14's

6:35-6:50 - 15-18's/Coaches

Inclement Weather/Picture rain date - The weather on Wednesday looks like we have the potential for rain/storms. We try to make weather based decisions at least an hour before the event. If we end up having to cancel pictures on Wednesday due to weather, the rain date is Thursday at the same time. If you are not able to attend the night Ziegler Photography is there to take our pictures, you can email Pam directly to set up an individual photo session at your own cost for this Monday night.

Since we will not have the 5:30 practice on Wednesday due to pictures, and potentially Thursday if we have to reschedule, you may want to consider attending our 6:45am practices at the indoor pool. They are hardly ever canceled, and not as highly attended as our evening practices, giving swimmers more space in the pool and individual coaching attention. Our Baby Sharks will continue to practice at the outdoor pool only.
