Greetings Pool Shark families,

Congratulations on another great meet and another very close VICTORY over Spring Green! We edged out the Dolphins 328-317! Way to go Pool Sharks!

We have not received the official meet file from Spring Green yet, but once we do, Individual and team results will be posted on our website under "Meets and Events." Click on "Meet results." They will be posted here after each meet. If your swimmer finished in the top 3 of their individual event, or their relay got 1st place, they earned a ribbon at the meet! Ribbons are in your family folder in the Pool Shark Mailboxes at the outdoor pool. The mailbox will be placed on the bench by the concession stand at the outdoor pool during the 5:30 practices. If it is not there, you can ask a coach for it. Parents or swimmers may access their mailboxes anytime the outdoor pool is open by asking a coach or pool staff member to access it for you.

We have 2 meet deadlines this week due to our night meet on Wednesday, July 1st! Please pay close attention to the deadlines below, and declare your swimmers as soon as you are able to. 

The registration deadline for the home meet vs Cross Plains (6/27/26) is TOMORROW night (6/22/26) at 11:59 pm. We are asking that you login to declare whether or not you're going to the meet if you have not done so already.

The process is simple. Login into your account and go to "Information" and scroll down to "Meet sign up instructions" to sign up for the meet. This is a home meet, so be sure to sign up for a volunteer job if you have a swimmer in the meet to fulfill your volunteer requirement, and to be sure our swimmers have a GREAT home meet experience!

The 2nd deadline this week is for this Friday. We will host another home meet against Wisconsin Dells Wednesday night, July 1st to due to the 4th of July weekend. The meet will start at 5pm that evening. The registration deadline for the meet vs Wisconsin Dells (7/1/26) is this FRIDAY 6/26/26 at 11:59pm. We are asking that you login to declare whether or not you're going to the meet if you have not done so already. This is another home meet, so be sure to sign up for a volunteer job if you have a swimmer in the meet to fulfill your volunteer requirement, and to be sure our swimmers have a GREAT home meet experience!

Volunteer sign ups - We run our volunteer sign up reports a few days before the meet to make sure we have everything covered, and everyone meets our requirements. Please double check what you have signed up for early in the week to help avoid last minute changes. After the report is run, we will close the sign ups. Once the sign ups are closed, you will need to email me directly if you need to change your job, or if you are no longer planning to be at the meet. Thanks in advance for your communication on this when necessary.
