Tent rules and safety for this weekend
Hello again,
Sorry for the additional email, but here are a few items about tent rules and safety from our host, the Spring Green Dolphins ~
Hello Tri-County Swim League Families!
The Tri-County Conference Meet weekend is finally here! We can’t wait to welcome everyone for an exciting weekend of competition, fun, and great sportsmanship.
Please be sure to visit the conference meet website for important information, including warm-up times, parking, admissions, schedules, live streaming, concessions, raffle information, and other helpful details before you arrive.

A few important reminders:
● Doors open at 6:30 AM on both Saturday and Sunday.
● Don’t forget to wear your favorite holiday attire!
● If you plan to set up a personal tent, please place it along the sides or behind your team’s tent, creating a horseshoe around your team’s designated area. This will help ensure every team has adequate space for their families.
● If you set up a tent on the pavement around your team tent, it must be weighted down during the day. Overnight, the tent must be completely taken down and laid flat on the ground. You may leave it overnight at your own discretion; however, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
● If you choose to set up a tent in the open field west of Tent City, it must be securely staked into the ground. If you plan to leave it overnight, we ask that you remove the canopy for safety reasons.
Thank you for helping us create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone attending the conference meet.
Best of luck to all of our Tri-County Swim League teams! We wish every swimmer a fantastic weekend, and we look forward to seeing you all soon!
Sincerely,
Spring Green Dolphins
Conference Meet Committee
