Conference Results / Pool Party INSIDE TONIGHT!

Hello Pool Shark families,

Congratulations on an AMAZING Conference meet and season! Our team finished in 3rd place at the Tri-County Conference Meet this weekend and was awarded a team trophy for Dual Meet Conference Champions with our season record of 6-1, sharing the title with the Cross Plains Stingrays. Whether you had a swimmer at the meet this weekend or not, you are all a part of our team's success and have a lot to be proud of!

We will have both team trophies at the pool party tonight. We would like to have as many swimmers as possible get together before we get in the pool for a team picture with both trophies. The trophies will also be available for individual pictures as well throughout the evening.

CONGRATULATIONS to our 9-10 Boys 200 Free Relay on their Championship swim and for breaking the Conference record yesterday, with a time of 2:10.77 from 2019! Relay members include Jordan Dent, Solomon Carlson, Jordan Olson, and Wilson Wuerger. Way to go boys!

Conference awards will be handed out tonight by the coaches.

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered throughout the season and at the meet this weekend! WE COULD NOT DO THIS WITHOUT YOU!! From the bottom of my, and our board's hearts...THANK YOU!

POOL PARTY TONIGHT - MOVED TO THE INDOOR POOL / HIGH SCHOOL

Our end of the season awards ceremony and pool party will be TONIGHT, Monday July 27th from 5:30-8:30pm at the HIGH SCHOOL CAFETERIA / INDOOR POOL. We have moved the party to inside tonight due to the heat index and chance of storms this evening to help keep everyone safe.

This is open to all Pool Shark families and is a great way to celebrate the end of the season. Swim-a-thon and conference awards will be given out, followed by open swim for our Pool Sharks and their families. Any younger siblings who are not Pool Sharks, NEED to be accompanied by an adult in the water if they choose to swim. ALL POOL RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED!

There will be a parent meeting and awards from 5:45-6:15 in the high school cafeteria. Enter through the main entrance of the high school and continue to walk straight down the hallway until you get to the cafeteria. We will provide pizzas for our swimmers and families in the cafeteria. We will have leftover concession items for sale in the cafeteria as well, including drinks. Soda and Gatorade will be sold for $2 each, and bottled water for $1. Cash only. Try to bring exact change if possible. You can also welcome to bring your own beverages (non-alcoholic) All food must stay in the cafeteria.

Pool Shark plaques and annual stickers will be for sale this evening as well as some leftover concession items from the season. Please bring cash if you plan to purchase either of those items.

If you are not able to make the pool party tonight, awards will be placed in your family folder in the Pool Shark mailbox. A pool staff member can get the Pool Shark mailbox for you anytime the pool is open. Please be sure to clean out your family folder in the next few weeks if possible!

Thank you for your participation in our Pool Shark program and for your support! I will be sending out an end of the season evaluation survey this week for your feedback about our program.

If you are interested in being more involved with our program, we have openings on our board of directors. We are specifically looking for someone with accounting experience to take over our treasurer position. Please either respond to this email or talk to any board member to get more information!

Thanks again for a great season, and we hope to see you tonight!
